We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our client, which is an RBI -Registered NBFC focused on institutionalizing and scaling its lending operations. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), your responsibilities would be:

Owning the complete operational lifecycle, including loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and collections.

Designing and enforcing SOPs for secured and unsecured lending to ensure TAT discipline and eliminate inefficiencies.

Acting as the primary owner for regulatory compliance, RBI norms, and coordination with auditors and regulators.

Overseeing credit approval frameworks and monitoring portfolio health, including AUM growth and DPD buckets.

Building and managing high -performing teams across operations, credit, and collections to drive a numbers -driven culture.
