Objective: To control the execution of a project within the scope of the drawings, specification and quality plan for a cost which will enable the company to maintain or maximise the company's growth.

Responsibilities.
1)Interpret the requirement of technical specification & Drawings (Identify, query and resolve conflict between specification and drawings).
2)Creating & Managing /adhering to the detailed budgets for the project. Preparing and maintaining records of the project Costs.
3)Preparing & Managing the Bar charts showing timelines for completion of various activities/ Phases.
4)Hiring & developing contractors on Site.
5)Ensure specified quality delivery of projects.
6)Meet safety standards and ensure accidents free site.
7)Coordination with various consultant/ Architects.




8)Maintenance of site until handover to society.
9)Responsible of the implementation of Management Information System & reports to management.

Skills Required:
1)Has previous experience of preparing Estimated Budget for Projects.
2)Knowledge of Understanding Bar Bending Schedule and Accordingly Planning for Execution.
3)Has an Aptitude for Negotiation and Hiring the best suitable Contractors at Site.
4)Show Case ability of maintaining the specific desired Quality standard on site.
5)Has Knowledge of the construction Safety Standard in order to Maintain Accident-Free site.
6)Should be well verse in managing Consultants / Architects.
7)Knowledge of Making MIS reporting to Management.
8)Should be well verse with Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, AutoCAD, Power Project.
9)Experience in application of Lean Construction Management principles preferred
