QUALIFICATIONS

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, Business Management

Work Experience

· One - Two years related business experience preferred from back office arena.

· Flexible to work in US & Europe working time.

· Sound knowledge in MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Skills and Knowledge

· Ability to multi-task required.





· Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to defer when dealing with customers and demand performance when dealing with suppliers and peers within Haworth.

· Intermediate skills with spreadsheet application (i.e., Microsoft Excel), including sorting, filtering, charting, formulas, macros, and formatting for hard copy output required.

· Working familiarity with multiple shipping modes, including Full Truck Load (FTL), Less than Truck Load (LTL), Intermodal, and Parcel.

· Ability to use daily reports to execute planning of orders and business intelligence tools to analyze shipment data and drive continuous improvement.

· PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
