Relevant Experience :
9 – 14 Years

Must Have Skills :
1.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, specifically in Capacity Planning and Forecasting
2.Proven experience working with UK clients (preferably telecom sector)
3.Robust analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel, WFM tools (e.g., IEX, Aspect, Verint, or similar)
4.Ability to build accurate short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical data and business trends
5.Solid understanding of headcount planning, shrinkage calculations, and interval-level staffing models
6.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and leadership teams
7.Proficiency in generating performance dashboards and WFM reports

1.Lead workforce planning initiatives in alignment with business requirements.
2.Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resource utilization.
3.Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive business expansion.
4.Partner with stakeholders across BPO, Healthcare, Retail, and BFSI sectors to deliver impactful solutions.
5.Ensure operational excellence by driving process improvements and adopting best practices.
