Deputy Manager/ Manager - Store

Key Responsibilities
>Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods
>Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
>Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis)
>Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements
>Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
>Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of materials
>Maintain records such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers
>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
>Lead and supervise store staff and assign duties to the monitor performance




>Implement safety measures for handling materials
>Working may require extended hours during audits or peak production periods

Key Skills
>Robust knowledge of inventory control techniques
>Familiarity with ERP systems
>Leadership and team management abilities
>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
>Candidate must be from an Automobile, Sheet Metal or Engineering parts manufacturing Company.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 08 to 10 Years in Manufacturing Company
