We are seeking an experienced HR and Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll, recruitment, and handling statutory complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and HR, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes, including calculating salaries, taxes, and other deductions, as well as processing and distributing paychecks
Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
