Role: Accounts Executive
Handling
day -to -day accounting operations including:
Processing
purchase orders, supplier invoices, employee expense claims, payments,
and payroll -related entries.
Recording
and verifying financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supporting
the finance team in:
Credit
control and accounts receivable follow -ups.
Budget
preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Expense
analysis and cost control initiatives.
Maintaining
accurate and up -to -date digital records of:
Financial
transactions, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Vendor
master data and account reconciliations.
Coordinating
with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of daily
accounting and finance activities.
Assisting
in month -end and year -end closing activities, including reconciliations
and reporting support.
Supporting
administrative and operational requirements related to:
Travel
bookings, expense management, and reimbursements.
Monitoring
and optimizing travel and administrative expenses.
Ensuring
adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory
requirements.
Assisting
in maintaining an organized office environment, including tracking
administrative inventories and supplies (as required).
Requirements
Qualifications required
A Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive, Accounts
Assistant, or Financial Admin role.
Hands -on
working knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems (SAGE preferred).
Solid
understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.
Meticulous
attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under timelines.
Positive
organizational and time -management skills with the ability to handle
multiple tasks.
Solid
communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
High
levels of integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial
information responsibly.
