Job Description
Making required configuration changes in Application. (Standard Workflow)
Performing UAT testing if required.
Performing Regular application review.




Creating a Monitoring report.
Resolving issues identified in Monitoring.
Identifying product enhancement and raising tickets.
Highlight CERSAI related concerns to CKYC and take follow-up for the same.
Handling client meetings when asked by clients.
Handling other requests and issues raised by clients.
Collecting Monthly counts from institutions for billing and making records of the same.
