About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise accounts across Government, Corporate, Education, and Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution-based B2B sales, account management, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and managing existing key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Government, Enterprise, Education, and Healthcare segments.
Identify current business prospects through networking, market research, and customer engagement.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology/AV solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Work closely with channel partners, distributors, OEMs,



and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management and post-sales engagement.
Generate repeat business through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
Experience handling Government, Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, or Institutional customers.
Strong experience in solution selling and consultative sales.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or OEMs will be an added advantage.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
