Role and Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display

advertising campaigns.
Evaluating user metrics that affect traffic on our portals and target audience.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all digital platforms.
Measure, improve and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights of the campaigns, to analyze their spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm current and creative growth strategies in coordination with other team members.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.





Performance will be measured based on the a) quality of deliverables, b) actual results and c) behavior / attitude.

During the 6 months of employment if the candidates to perform as per our expectations he/she may be hired in the company into a full time position.

Skills/Competencies required:
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Able to create captivating designs based on current trends.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web-Trends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
