This role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and strong financial controls across multiple locations. Based in Bangalore, the position plays a critical role in monthly and annual financial closures, inventory and stock reconciliation, and close coordination between branches, head office, and factory operations. The role requires a detail-oriented finance qualified who can manage complex accounting processes while supporting business efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly sales, inventory, and books of accounts closing using Tally
Handle annual closure of branch accounts, including dealer commissions, incentives, and balance confirmations
Prepare weekly and monthly debtors review reports and monitor receivables
Analyze monthly expenses, conduct variance analysis, and support cost control initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance including GST and TDS payments, return filings, notices, and assessments
Perform regular accounts and ledger reconciliations
Supervise inventory management and godown stock reconciliation
Manage inter-branch, head office, and factory stock transfers and financial transactions
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all accounting activities

Solid experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance
Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and regulatory reporting requirements
Proficiency in handling month-end and year-end financial closures
Experience with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Organized, process-driven, and capable of working independently
