Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily administrative operations including facility management, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor management, and inventory control.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport for employees and visitors.
Liaise with internal departments, factory management, and external stakeholders for seamless workflow.
Manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and optimize operational costs.
Oversee record keeping, filing systems, and document control processes.
Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
