Job Description

Assists the Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standards established by the Hotel

Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets

Enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards secures all storage areas for beverages





Controls the requisition of beverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation

Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of drink list

Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails

Executes the general responsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant and achieving sales goals

Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality Management

Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Valuable communication and customer contact skills

Service oriented with an eye for details
