Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present valuable candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Team Lead/Account Managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
• Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
• Handling the full life cycle of contract/full time IT recruitment process, end-to-end recruitment.
• Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements.




• Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.
• Lining up short-listed candidates for interview.
• Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team.
• Coordination with the candidates till onboarding.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• 0.6 Months-3 Years of IT Recruitment/Domestic Staffing experience (Contract to Hire)
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
In the Technical/ General / Human resources field is a MUST.
• Prior experience in technical roles a plus.
