Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all operational activities across product lines within the assigned market, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Drive business results by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving operational efficiencies, and developing product lines to support revenue growth and profitability.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Leaders and supervisory staff to build a high-performing, accountable team that supports operational excellence.
Proactively reduce operational risks, security incidents, and workplace injuries by ensuring safety protocols, security standards, and compliance measures are fully implemented and maintained.
Foster robust customer relationships through responsive service and communication, while representing Brink’s with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
Provides leadership to managers and qualified staff.
Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.




Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.
Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum: Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Preferred: Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum: Typically requires 7–15 years of experience in operations, logistics, or security services which includes at least 5–8 years of direct management experience. Preferred: Experience in cash handling industry or retail/financial cash management.
