Recruitment Manager Roles and Responsibilities Person will be responsible to work with the RCH (Recruiting Human Capital) Vertical of EnKASH New Waves Pvt Ltd.Job will involve working on positions to hire, managing the client, sourcing the profiles directly and through other sources, provide quality response and quick customer service,



manage end to end operations.Client and stakeholder management for open positionsMonitor and guide team to close positions as per target SLAHandle senior level positions directly as Recruiter /account manager for clientsHelping to achieve Recruitment team targetsMIS for RecruitmentSupport in other tasks as assigned from time to timePerson should have the followingHands on experience in recruitment, sourcing, candidate search, client engagementAny graduation / PGExcellent communication skills4+ years of work experience Perks and BenefitsWFH once a weekIncentive on closure / joiners
