Role Description
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in PF, ESIC, and LWF related activities.
Valuable communication skills.
Should have knowledge of forms, applicability, limits, and provisions in different acts.
Should have Shops & Establishment and CLRA experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR compliance or a related field
Solid knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in India
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
