Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain.

Skills and Expertise

• Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain (Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment,

Billing, EDI, or related healthcare modules).

• Robust experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Experience in process flow creation, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.

• Solid understanding of SDLC.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to interact with clients and conduct requirement gathering sessions.

• Experience coordinating with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams.





• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar Business Analyst certifications are an added

advantage.

• Post-graduate qualification (preferred).
