We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Telecallers with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into site visits. This role requires a persuasive communicator who can build interest, address queries, and schedule site visits to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and promote projects/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Convert leads into scheduled site visits through effective pitching and follow-ups
Explain product/project details clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
Maintain and update lead/customer database with call details, status, and site visit schedules
Follow up consistently with leads to maximize site visit conversions
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and site visits
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to company scripts/guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language
Pleasant and confident phone/telephone etiquette
Robust convincing and negotiation skills to drive site visit conversions
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive listening skills and patience while dealing with customers
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/real estate preferred
Minimum qualification: Graduate
