Coordinate with CAD teams to convert concepts into full CAD models.
Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines, weight targets, and safety norms.
Conduct DMU checks and interface validation at concept level.

Expert knowledge about Design & development of Side Door inner panel , Outer panel , Door beam and all reinforcements with interface, structrual, crash & fatigue requirements.
Valuable in Stylling feasiblity, hinge packaging , mechanism packaging, glass drop study and seal surface developement and its requirement.
Knowhow about Sheet Metal Forming, Joining and Hemming Processes.
Should be able to read and understand all type of related reports.
Valuable knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, and sheet metal design rules.
