We are looking for a Senior Manager to manage a sales voice process in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced setting.
Role & responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and develop personalized coaching and development plans for team members.
Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating training and development prospects to enhance their capabilities.
Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales and customer interactions.
Managing remote or distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple locations.
Sales force automation tools usage and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 12 years of overall experience working in a telesales outbound sales process for domestic region with atleast 2 years at a Manager level
Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies
Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
