Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food Trainer to train restaurant staff on food preparation, hygiene standards, SOPs, customer service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in food training and be able to ensure consistent quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new employees.
- Train staff on food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Train team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching where required.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve productivity and service quality.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.




- Coordinate with Operations and Store Managers to identify training needs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all outlets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Food Trainer in the QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Positive knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Willingness to travel to different outlets if required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
