Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Strategize and develop distribution and channel sales across India. Plan, develop and implement multi-brand outlets and set up exclusive brand outlets. Provide leadership to brand and marketing management for lifestyle segment of the group. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
Key Skills Required
Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives. Strategize and provide leadership to the marketing campaigns and work closely with the HR function to build employer brand for lifestyle segment. Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions.
