Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

- - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.



A Master's degree or higher level of education in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven record of managing large engineering teams.
- Considerable experience in overseeing engineering functions, ideally with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding and proficiency in the technical and business aspects of engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders effectively.
