- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and skilled attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and ready for service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Follow company SOPs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel (Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
