A Telecaller in the transportation and logistics industry manages inbound and outbound communications.

Responsibilities include handling calling to drivers, coordinating with drivers, tracking, and resolving complaints to ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make calls to Drivers for hiring purpose
- Driver Coordination: Communicate directly with fleet operators and drivers to dispatch vehicles and verify pickup/drop-off statuses.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a bridge between clients and the operations team to resolve cargo, transport, or courier complaints efficiently.
- Data Management: Log all call details, customer feedback, and delivery updates accurately into the company’s CRM system.
- Qualifications & Skills Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in local languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, English).
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with Excel, email systems, and transportation management software.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to handle customer escalations with a calm, patient, and skilled demeanor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
