A Finance/Accounts Associate at Marari Beach - A CGH Earth Experience supports the unit’s financial operations. For freshers, the role primarily focuses on daily accounting, invoice processing, and stock reconciliation. You will coordinate with departments like F&B; and Front Office, earning typically ₹1.2L to ₹1.5L annually, with advantages like on-duty meals.Key Responsibilities for Freshers

- Day-to-Day Accounting: Managing daily billing, recording ledger entries, and maintaining financial records.
- Reconciliation: Assisting with bank reconciliations, verifying daily outlet revenues, and reconciling inward/outward material movement.
- Invoicing: Preparing and processing vendor invoices and guest folios in coordination with the front desk and F&B.;
- Auditing: Supporting the senior finance team with monthly stock takes,



inventory checks, and internal audits.
- Compliance: Assisting in the preparation of documents for statutory compliances like GST and TDS.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or an MBA (Finance) is generally preferred.
- Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong attention to detail.
- Working Environment: Full-time, on-site at the Mararikulam property. The role usually provides on-duty food and other standard benefits

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
