About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused Product Implementation Consultants to implement our SaaS product for enterprise customers. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring the application, validating configurations through testing, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product deployment and go-live. This is a functional implementation role and does not involve software development or coding.

As a Senior Product Implementation Consultant, you will independently own end-to-end implementation projects, manage customer communication, drive solution delivery, and mentor junior consultants.
Responsibilities

Independently manage the complete implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through successful go-live.

Review BRDs, HLDs, FRDs, solution documents, and identify functional gaps, risks, assumptions,



and dependencies before implementation.

Design implementation strategies aligned with customer business processes and product capabilities.

Configure complex workflows, approval processes, business rules, user roles, permissions, templates, and system parameters.

Prepare implementation plans, configuration workbooks, project trackers, risk registers, and implementation documentation.

Own functional validation by executing comprehensive end-to-end testing across business scenarios, workflows, integrations, reports, and user journeys.

Develop test strategies, UAT plans, test scenarios, execution schedules, and readiness checklists.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate customer workshops, classify observations, prioritize issues, assign action items, and track closure.

Coordinate closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve implementation blockers.

Drive customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle by providing structured updates on project status, risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and implementation progress.

Manage implementation risks, escalations, change requests, and customer expectations.

Prepare go-live readiness plans, deployment checklists, rollback plans, sign-off documentation, and handover documents.

Support production deployment, hypercare,



stabilization, and transition to support teams.
Mentor junior implementation consultants and review implementation quality, documentation, and testing deliverables.
Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation standards, templates, and best practices.
