Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to build strong customer relationships, manage customer interactions, and drive customer retention. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer relationship management, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the customer database accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams to ensure timely customer service.
- Execute customer engagement activities such as birthday, anniversary, and festive greetings.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.
- Assist in planning customer loyalty and referral programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in the Jewellery, Retail, Luxury Goods, or Fashion industry will be preferred.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Customer-centric approach.
- Well-groomed personality with professional etiquette.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
