- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research
- Identify potential clients like builders, contractors, and architects
- Visit construction sites regularly
- Meet site engineers, project managers, and decision-makers
- Fix meetings with clients and senior team (Leader)
- Coordinate for project discussions and follow-ups
- Explain company services (Epoxy flooring & Waterproofing)
- Assist in closing deals with senior team
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Ensure repeat business and referrals
- Petrol Allowance given by company
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills
- Confidence in field work
- Ability to generate leads and follow up
- Two-wheeler preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
