Job Description

- Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed

- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams

- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

- Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess

- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

- Prepare production reports and performance metrics

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing setting

- Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control

- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Good understanding of supply chain processes
