Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end customer delivery, implementation, onboarding, and support.
- Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and stabilization.
- Manage customer communication, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate Development, QA, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and scope validation.
- Track project timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and successful project outcomes.
- Maintain delivery reports, support status, and operational visibility for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, software delivery, or project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Experience managing customer implementations and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team leadership, communication,



and escalation management skills.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software companies.
- Manufacturing domain knowledge preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
