Job Summary:

Tool room operator responsible for maintaining, repairing and sheet metal, tools and dies used in manufacturing process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Tool room operators use a variety of machines e.g., lathe, DRO, surface grinding, Drill M/C operator.

· They interpret blueprint and work orders to understand specification for tool production.

· Tool room operator responsible for maintaining accurate records of tool inventory, usage and maintenance activities.

· Responsible for maintaining,



repairing and developing tools and fixture used in manufacturing process.

· Tool room operator design and repair tools and fixtures to meet production requirements.

Skill Required:

· Machine Skills which includes lathe, W/C M/C, surface grinding, drill M/C operator.

· Blueprint Reading (Ability to read and interpret technical drawings)

· Knowledge of materials and processes

· Physical strength (some task may require lifting and carrying heavy objects.)

· Tool room operator often need to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to production problems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
