Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS / Advanced Excel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills and hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and advanced Excel functions with minimum 2 yrs of experience. You will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing management information systems, preparing reports, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Create and manage advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros or VBA (preferred).
- Support management with actionable insights derived from data analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and consolidate data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
- Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for report preparation, data analysis, and automation of routine tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data management and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MIS tools or data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is a plus.
