Job Title: Labour Liaison Manager – Real Estate Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Labour Liaison Manager to oversee and manage on-site workforce operations for real estate/construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between labour teams, contractors, and management while maintaining productivity, safety, and compliance.

Retired personnel from the Armed Forces / Defence Services are highly encouraged to apply due to their leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily labour activities at construction sites
- Act as a bridge between labourers, contractors, and site management
- Ensure proper labour allocation and optimal workforce utilization
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to site protocols
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Resolve in office labour issues, disputes, and grievances effectively
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for manpower requirements




- Maintain basic records related to labour deployment and productivity
- Ensure timely reporting to senior management

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to handle large teams in high-pressure environments
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability
- Basic understanding of construction/site operations
- Physically active and comfortable working on-site

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Retired Army / Navy / Air Force personnel preferred
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with labour laws and safety practices is a plus

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Relevant experience in workforce/site management

Compensation:

Best in industry (based on experience and suitability)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
