Responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of utilities, and facility equipment through preventive maintenance, breakdown support, vendor coordination, inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor AMC activities and coordinate with service vendors.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of utilities.
- Attend machine breakdowns and support repair activities.
- Support IT team during server-related maintenance.
- Check fire alarm, access control, CCTV, UPS, generator, and other utility systems.
- Verify spare parts inventory and arrange purchases/renewals when required.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service documentation.
- Report equipment performance, utility consumption, and maintenance activities to the Manager.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities in machinery and facilities.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
Experience
- 0–3 years in Electrical Maintenance, Engineering, or Facility Management.
