Role Overview

The Housekeeping Senior GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while supporting the housekeeping supervisor in coordinating daily tasks. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Room & Area Maintenance

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors as per housekeeping standards.
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to guest arrivals, departures, and stayover requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas and report any maintenance issues.

Guest Service

- Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra amenities, linen changes, and housekeeping services.
- Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with amenities, towels, and supplies.
- Provide courteous and professional service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Supervision Support

- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in coordinating daily housekeeping activities.
- Guide and support room attendants or junior staff when required.




- Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within the required time

Inventory & Supplies

- Monitor usage of housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Report shortages, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Safety & Hygiene

- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards while cleaning rooms and public areas.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Positive knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Basic communication skills and guest service attitude.
- Physically fit and flexible to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
