Job Summary:

The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for estimation, BOQ preparation, and review of structural

designs for water and wastewater treatment projects such as WTP, STP, ETP, and CETP. The role involves

ensuring structural adequacy, cost efficiency, and compliance with standards while coordinating with internal

teams and reporting to the Business Head.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for civil and structural works in WTP, STP, ETP, and CETP projects

 Review and validate structural design calculations and drawings for tanks, foundations, buildings, and

other treatment units

 Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications

 Analyze structural requirements for RCC and steel structures used in treatment plants

 Coordinate with design consultants, civil teams, and project engineers for design inputs and

clarifications

 Optimize structural designs for cost-effectiveness and constructability

 Support in tendering and proposal preparation with accurate quantity take-offs and costing

 Verify drawings and quantities during project execution stage





 Assist in resolving site-related structural issues and provide technical guidance

 Maintain documentation of estimates, BOQs, and design reviews

 Prepare reports and updates and report to Business Head

Required Skills:

 Strong knowledge of structural design principles (RCC & steel structures)

 Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation

 Ability to review structural drawings and calculations

 Familiarity with design codes (IS codes) and standards

 Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Excel, STAAD/ETABS (preferred)

 Analytical thinking and attention to detail

 Positive coordination and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

 Experience in water and wastewater treatment plant structures (WTP, STP, ETP, CETP)

 Exposure to tanks, reservoirs, pump houses, and industrial structures

 Experience in working with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
