Job Summary

Visko Group is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and IT security while providing technical support to employee

Role & responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Support software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in data backup, system security, and antivirus management.
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement.




- Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Support the IT team in day-to-day administrative tasks and ongoing projects.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and printers.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management (preferred).
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in:
- BCA
- B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics)
- MCA or equivalent
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
