We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Administrator to manage, support, and maintain the organization’s ERP system. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, user support, data integrity, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and efficiency.
- Handle user access, roles, and permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors or developers for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Generate reports and assist departments with ERP-related queries.
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, etc.).
- Good knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of system integration and APIs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards.
Salary:
As per company standards / Market competitive
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday / As per company policy
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
