Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer 2+ Years Experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered experiences using OpenAI’s GPT models. You will be responsible for building and integrating AI solutions, fine-tuning models, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain AI-based AI chat solutions.

• Fine-tune and optimize GPT models for specific business applications.

• Design and implement conversational AI workflows, intents, and responses.

• Work with OpenAI’s API to create intelligent and context-aware AI interactions.

• Develop backend systems and APIs for AI deployment and integration.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.

• Train AI models using domain-specific data to improve response accuracy.

• Monitor AI performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.





• Ensure AI compliance with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript for AI development.

• Experience with OpenAI’s GPT API, LangChain, or similar NLP frameworks.

• Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI model fine-tuning.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).

• Ability to debug, test, and optimize AI performance.

• Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).

• Knowledge of LLMOps and AI deployment best practices.

• Prior experience developing enterprise AI chatbots.

• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance requirements
