Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions on AS400/IBM i platform.
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, and Free Format RPG.
Develop and support CL/CLLE programs.
Work with DB2/400 databases, SQL, Physical Files, and Logical Files.
Create and maintain Display Files, Printer Files, and Subfiles.
Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and production support.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application and performance issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.

Required Technical Skills
Robust experience in AS400 / IBM iSeries
RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, ILE RPG, Free Format RPG
CL, CLLE Programming
DB2/400 Database
SQL, Embedded SQL
DDS, DSPF, PRTF
Physical Files (PF) and Logical Files (LF)




Subfiles Development
Debugging and Performance Tuning
Production Support and Incident Management

Preferred Skills
Experience with RDi, SEU, PDM
Knowledge of Web Services/API integration with AS400
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience with Change Management tools such as Aldon, TurnOver, or Implementer
Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing domain experience

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
