Role & responsibilities
Own RF architecture design, link-budget calculations, and system performance specifications for advanced RF systems.
Lead RF subsystem integration, including RF chains, antennas, matching networks, filters, and power amplifiers.
Perform RF measurements using Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
Prepare test plans, measurement procedures, and technical analysis reports.
Collaborate with firmware and software teams for signal processing and system integration.
Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and manufacturing acceptance testing.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical troubleshooting.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Radar, UAV/Drone RF Systems, Counter-UAS, or Defence Electronics.




Knowledge of antenna design, matching networks, RF PCB design, and RF subsystem integration.
Experience with MATLAB or Python for signal analysis and test automation.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
510+ years of hands-on experience in RF, Wireless Communication, Radar Systems, Electronic Warfare, or RF Test & Integration.
Robust experience with RF test equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
