Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory compliances.
Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, and departmental queries.
Support tax planning initiatives and identify prospects for process improvements.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on taxation matters.
Prepare tax provisions, reconciliations, and related MIS reports.
Support statutory audits and financial reporting from a taxation perspective.
Preferred Skills:
Robust knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax laws.
Experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and litigation support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
