Job description

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers of solar equipment and services, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement. Collaborate with the project management team to develop procurement strategies that meet project needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including preparing purchase requisitions, soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts, invoicing, MIGO, complete Procure to Pay cycle. Manage the internal team. Vendor management, Contract management.



Ensure that all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures. Monitor supplier performance to ensure that delivery schedules are met and that products and services meet required quality standards. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Continuously evaluate procurement processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
