Responsibilities
Builds and maintains Qualified Services Partner relationships.
Focuses on India partner support; coordination with international partners may be required
Supports internal stakeholders with partner quotes and in region requests to ensure qualified partners are utilized for services engagements
Participates in and operates in alignment with the rest of the partner team, following established processes and helping to improve or establish current ones
Participates in partner issue escalation and deactivation
Works with practice team to ensure technical vetting of partners
Supports and evangelizes the partner program across the India region.
Assists in SOW contract financial negotiations pre and post sales.
Monitors and supports partner compliance with India-specific requirements (e.g., GST-compliant invoicing, statutory contracting terms) in coordination with Legal and Finance
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Robust computer/IT literacy required
Negotiation skills
Escalation management
