Ensure that incidents are addressed promptly within defined SLAs and escalate issues when necessary.
Analyze team workload and capacity to ensure effective distribution of tasks.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on team performance for management review.
Lead service review meetings with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process and service enhancements and implement solutions.

Have a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes with a focus on European business practices.

Functional experience with SAP SD and FICO modules.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leader role within a similar workplace.
Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Proficient in English at an advanced level.
