Key Responsibilities
Perform media preparation, growth promotion testing, and media inventory control.
Conduct environmental monitoring, water testing, MLT, sterility, BET, media fill, and BI testing as per approved specifications.
Carry out sampling and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, bulk, packaging, and finished products.
Ensure calibration, validation, and qualification of laboratory instruments, equipment, areas, and sterilization systems.
Maintain daily laboratory records, logbooks, and analytical documentation in compliance with GLP, GDP, and GMP.
Prepare, review, and implement SOPs, validation protocols, and reports.
Handle Change Control, Deviations, OOS, CAPA, and stability-related activities.
Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and timely review of test results against specifications.
Maintain laboratory premises, equipment upkeep, and compliance readiness.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
