Job description

Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements,Making sales invoices in tally systemReceiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for paymentsPreparing and filling up TDS Return and GST ReturnHandling petty cash, preparing bills and receiptsMaintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS,



Profession taxDevelop financial procedures to improve efficiencyCommunicate with the Director on work status and client issues that arise Qualifications and Skills Required Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and TallyBCOMCan work efficiently on GST, TDS, Direct Tax, Advance Tax and computation of income for financials fair communicationGood written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contactsProactive and well organizedConfident in handling work independentlyBasic knowledge of accounting function in manufacturing industryLocation Chakan,Pune ( Near Marcedes bend company)Only immediate joiners preferred
