• Excellent Communication Skills

• Responsible for handling Healthcare requirements from US based clients.

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned positions.
• Find the relevant candidate for various positions (CNA, LPN/LVN, RN, Technologist etc.) for various facility type (Hospital, Medical Center, Hospice etc.) on short term or long-term Contract & Permanent Full Time.
• Deliver quality candidates and service to clients by working with clinician candidates through the orders,



timing of orders, and fill rates.
• Screening, orientation and on-boarding requirements.
• Sourcing from Job Portals and other sources(Monster, Career builder, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media)
• Maintain communication and consultative relationships - through consistent email, telephone,
technology, and some interactions - with candidates points of contact to identify needs driving future
• Developing and maintaining pools of qualified candidates within the entire US.
• Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
